Terms of Service
The rules for using Kanalo and the Kanalo Pro auto-renewing subscription on iOS. Last updated: July 2026.
1. About Kanalo
Kanalo is an IPTV player for iPhone and iPad, developed by We Are Made B.V. ("we", "us"). Kanalo does not provide any TV channels, streams or content. You are solely responsible for the playlists (M3U or Xtream sources) you load into the app and for making sure you have the right to access that content.
2. Using the app
You may use Kanalo for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or use it to access content you are not legally entitled to access. We may update or discontinue features at any time.
3. Free version
The base version of Kanalo is free to download and use. It lets you load your own playlist and watch live TV, movies and series without ads.
4. Kanalo Pro — auto-renewing iOS subscription
Kanalo Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's App Store. Pricing is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase and is charged in your local currency to your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. A lifetime one-time purchase option may also be offered; a lifetime purchase does not auto-renew.
5. Free trial and refunds
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple according to the App Store terms; please request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Third-party content
Kanalo is a player only. We do not host, curate or endorse any streams. Any trademarks, channel names or content accessed through your playlist belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for complying with the terms of your IPTV provider and with applicable law.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Are Made B.V. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Kanalo or the content you play through it.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
