Kanalo is a product of We Are Made BV and is built to keep your viewing data on your device. There is no tracking of any kind in the app.
No tracking
Kanalo does not use analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, crash trackers, or any other technology that follows what you watch.
Your data stays on your device
Your playlist, Xtream credentials, favourites and watch progress are stored only on your iPhone or iPad. Nothing is uploaded to our servers.
No account required
You do not need to create an account to use Kanalo. There is no login, no password to remember, and no profile to manage.
What the app sends
Kanalo only connects to the playlist source you provide — for example your M3U URL or Xtream host. We do not intercept, store, or analyse those streams.
Apple TV pairing
When you pair an Apple TV with your iPhone, the connection goes directly over your own network. Only if the devices cannot see each other and you give permission does it go through our server. In that case the server keeps encrypted messages for at most five minutes; we cannot read them, as the key stays on your devices. Access tokens are stored only as a hash, and a pairing that has not been used for 90 days is deleted automatically.
